Me and my dog, Ruger.

Hiya, I'm Brooks Ryba. I live around Detroit, MI. I'm into all kinds of computers. I've pretty much been on the computer since the age of 3. Ever since I was little I've been fascinated with computers and always wondered what it would be like to make my own programs for them. One day at the book store, at about 10 years old, I found a book called "Game Programming for Teens" which taught a form of the Basic language known as "Blitz Basic". That book started my crave to design bigger and better programs. Over the years I also got sucked in to web design, starting out with Microsoft Publisher and stepping up to coding web pages from scratch in Notepad. Currently, I code decent and well formatted HTML, XHTML, Javascript, CSS, PHP, as well as MySQL. I'm also a freelance web designer. If you interested in hiring me and would like to learn more about my services, write me at bhrdesign@sbcglobal.net.

In the past few years I've helped out with a few coding projects and started my own. These projects range from community coded libraries to widgets written in XML and Javascript. Here is a list of a few of projects I've started and worked on.
